Sleep therapy fees

I offer clear, simple pricing for sleep therapy. All sessions combine CBT-based approaches for sleep with hypnotherapy for sleep, so you get personalised, evidence-based support. You can chose the 6-session package or individual sessions:

6-session sleep therapy package – £450 (save £30)

The most effective way to create lasting change.

  • Six 60 to 90-minute sessions

  • Tailored plan for your sleep patterns, insomnia and bedtime anxiety

  • Installment plan available to help spread the cost

  • Ideal for breaking the cycle of poor sleep and night-time anxiety

For most people, six sessions is enough to restore confidence in sleep.

Single session – £80

A flexible option if you want to try a few sessions or need occasional support.

Session availability

Sessions are available at the following times (GMT):

Mondays: Between 2 pm and 8 pm

Tuesdays: Between 9 am and 3 pm

Wednesdays: Between 9 am and 5 pm

Thursdays: Between 2 pm and 8 pm

Fridays: between 9 am and 12 pm

Cancellation policy

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice → half fee may apply depending on frequency of no shows and circumstances

  • More than 24 hours’ notice → free reschedule
