Sessions & Fees
My approach is designed to give you more than a weekly session. Alongside our time together, I spend additional time thinking through your situation, reviewing your progress, sending recordings and follow-up summaries to consolidate progress and tailoring strategies specifically for you.
You’re not following a generic programme – you’re receiving thoughtful, individualised support grounded in CBT and supported by evidence-based hypnotherapy.
Session availability (GMT)
In-person sessions in Pershore:
Wednesdays: 10 am – 5 pm
Fridays: 10 am – 5 pm
Saturdays: 9 am – 1 pm
Online sessions via Google Meet:
Mondays: 1 – 5 pm
Tuesdays: 1 – 5 pm
Thursdays: 1 – 8 pm
Cancellation policy
In-person sessions:
More than 48 hours’ notice: free reschedule
Less than 48 hours’ notice: a charge of £15 may apply to include the cost of cancelling the booking of the therapy space.
Remote sessions:
More than 24 hours’ notice: free reschedule
Less than 24 hours’ notice: a fee may apply depending on circumstances and frequency of no‑shows
Cost of individual sessions
Sessions are £75 each for anxiety, phobia and sleep therapy.
Each session usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the techniques we’re using and the natural flow of the session that day.

Six‑Session Sleep Therapy Package – £420 (Save £30)
I offer sleep therapy as a six‑session package because, for most people, this is the amount of time needed to see meaningful and lasting improvements. Working in a structured way helps us build momentum and make steady progress together.
Choosing a package is not only more cost-effective, it is also making a valuable commitment to yourself to engage with a structured approach to improve your sleep. Clients who take this approach often find they gain confidence, clarity and real change over the course of the sessions.
What’s included:
Six 60–90 minute sessions
A tailored plan based on your sleep patterns, insomnia type and night‑time anxiety
Ongoing between‑session planning and refinement
Instalment plan available
Ideal for breaking the cycle of poor sleep, hyperarousal and sleep worry
For most people, six sessions are enough to rebuild confidence in sleep and create long‑term improvements.
