Hello, I’m Sarah.

Short video explaining what it is like working with me to improve IBS, sleep difficulties or anxiety.

I believe that with the right support, people can make remarkable changes in how they think, feel and live. I offer therapy that is compassionate, practical and tailored to you, helping you feel calmer, more confident and more able to enjoy life again.

My interest in therapy comes not just from professional training, but from a genuine fascination with how our minds and bodies work together.

Over the years, I've seen how easily people can lose confidence in themselves when they're struggling, and how powerful it can be when they begin to understand what's happening and learn new ways to respond.

I love helping people make sense of what they're experiencing and supporting them to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach combines evidence-based therapy with warmth, compassion and practical tools that fit into real life.

I hold a Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and am registered with the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists. I am committed to providing safe, effective therapy and attend regular supervision to support my ongoing professional development and maintain high standards of practice.

When I'm not working, you'll often find me out walking in the Worcestershire countryside spotting wildlife, tap dancing or planning my next travel adventure.

Being in nature reminds me of something I often share with clients: change doesn't usually happen overnight, but with patience, curiosity and the right conditions, growth has a way of unfolding naturally.
