Sessions & Fees

My approach is designed to give you more than a weekly session. Alongside our time together, I spend additional time thinking through your sleep patterns, reviewing your progress, sending recordings and follow-up summaries to consolidate progress and tailoring strategies specifically for you.

You’re not following a generic programme – you’re receiving thoughtful, individualised support grounded in evidence‑based CBT and hypnotherapy for insomnia.

You can choose a 6‑session package or book individual sessions.

Session availability (GMT)

  • Mondays: 2 pm – 8 pm

  • Tuesdays: 9 am – 3 pm

  • Wednesdays: 9 am – 5 pm

  • Thursdays: 2 pm – 8 pm

  • Fridays: 9 am – 12 pm

Cancellation policy

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: free reschedule

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: half fee may apply depending on circumstances and frequency of no‑shows

6‑Session Sleep Therapy Package – £450 (Save £30)

The most effective way to create lasting change.

What’s included:

  • Six 60–90 minute sessions

  • A tailored plan based on your sleep patterns, insomnia type and night‑time anxiety

  • Ongoing between‑session thinking, planning and refinement

  • Instalment plan available

  • Ideal for breaking the cycle of poor sleep, hyperarousal and sleep worry

  • For most people, six sessions are enough to rebuild confidence in sleep and create long‑term improvements.

Single Session – £80

A flexible option if you want to try a session or two first or need occasional support.
